Linda is a late-diagnosed AuDHD ciswoman with C-PTSD. She is a PACFA registered Integrative Counsellor and Educator and founded Neurokindred, a counselling support service for Autistic Adults. She is passionate about supporting the well-being, authenticity and empowerment of fellow neurodivergents. Therapy modalities are adapted to support neurodivergent neurology and individual needs and include parts work, trauma coaching & psychoeducation, sensorimotor practice, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, therapeutic art, bibliotherapy, and writing therapy. She is a mother of two and enjoys playing World of Warcraft and creating multi-media sculptures.
