What makes you an ND Affirming Service Provider
| My email coaching service is ND affirming because I have lived experience as an autistic individual, and ND affirming is a special interest of mine, so I'm constantly learning about this approach not only to my coaching but to my life in general. I'm also a mum to 2 AuDHDers. My lived experience means I get the highs and the lows, and the day to day of this journey we are on. I get that mainstream strategies don't fit us and our kids.
I offer email coaching because I believe it is a way for more people, particularly parents of ND kids to receive support, as it isn't always possible to make a date and time to see someone and know you will be available, or to be available for a whole hour or half an hour. It is also more cost effective, which makes it more accessible as well. |
