What makes you an ND Affirming Service Provider
I recognise and celebrate the fact that all brains are wired differently. While there is no superior neurotype, I understand that there are significant challenges for neurodivergent people existing in a mainly neurotypical world and I seek to break down these barriers. To ensure full transparency I acknowledge that I am a neurotypical social worker. My practice is based on the social model of disability and informed by the neurodivergent community. This includes seeking professional development through neurodivergent professionals and autistic-led organisations, and actively listening to and prioritising information from those with lived experience.

Social work therapy focussing on supporting the emotional and social wellbeing of children and young people. My focus is around supporting children and young people to be their unique and authentic selves while addressing goal areas that are of meaning to them. I also seek to address barriers within an individual's environment that impact upon their wellbeing and inclusion.
