We affirm neurodivergent people's experiences, first and foremost. We are also trauma-informed and acknowledge that there are natural differences in human cognition and differences. We encourage choice and control, do not talk about "fixing" issues - we discuss scaffolding and supports required to elevate stresses/impacts.
