What makes you an ND Affirming Service Provider
Instinct Au is Autistic led and includes all neurodivergent practitioners. We take ND affirming very seriously and constantly seek more methods of reflecting on our practice and increasing the safety possible to Autistic / ADHD and otherwise neurodivergent participants, and team members. We are guided by AuDHD voices and constantly open up our practices to AuDHD voices outside of our own team for the purpose of ensuring we are working safely and collaboratively.

Instinct CBT is a neurodivergent-led and neurodivergent-affirming practice that incorporates brain-based and sensory-based integration to support individuals and their families to determine coping strategies for their lifestyle. We provide a non ABA specialist behaviour service to develop PBSP's. We can complete Functional Behaviour Assessments, Positive Behaviour Support Plans and provide any other Specialist Behaviour Services. We have Developmental Educators in our team and therefore are able to also complete Functional Capacity Assessments for NDIS. Instinct Au is Autistic led, with all neurodivergent practitioners.
