What makes you an ND Affirming Service Provider

I'm an OT with ADHD and mum to an AuDHD children. I remember how hard it was growing up and being treated differently for things I couldn't help. I'm determined to break that cycle for my children and clients that I work with. I focus on client lead goals and supporting accommodations and helping individuals find the way they would like to live their life and working in partnership to make that happen.
